Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

This policy sets out details of delivery for your online purchases. If you require clarification or have any questions please contact our Customer Service Centre toll free on (416) 299-6688 (10:30 ~ 18:30 Monday to Friday). 

We will deliver to most addresses within Canada & USA, but do not deliver to international locations. We require a street address for delivery – unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Some remote locations cannot be serviced, however Broadcast Entertainment & Fantasia's carrier may be able to deliver to a local depot where you can collect your products. 

The locations we can deliver to may change from time-to-time. Please call our Customer Service Centre to find out if we deliver to your location.


Cost of delivery

Delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis and according to the weight and size of your order, and your delivery address.

If you would like an estimate of your cost of delivery, put the item into your shopping bag and displayed at the bottom is your estimated delivery charge.  You will have the opportunity (based on your entered postcode) to view the finalised delivery charges on your order at the checkout stage before you complete your order and make payment.


Acceptance of delivery

Deliveries must be signed for, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Broadcast Entertainment & Fantasia to be authorised to receive the products. 

Unfortunately Broadcast Entertainment & Fantasia and its carriers are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours. In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, Broadcast Entertainment & Fantasia's carrier will leave a card. When delivered by Canada Post you will need to collect your delivery from the closest Post Office. Any other carrier you will need to contact them directly to make alternative delivery arrangements, which may include a re-delivery fee charged by Broadcast Entertainment & Fantasia if re-delivery is required. 

Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by the courier.


Delivery Problems

If your delivery has not arrived, please contact our Customer Service Centre. If you wish to return a product delivered damaged or otherwise, please refer to Broadcast Entertainment & Fantasia's Online Returns Policy.


Returns Policy


If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Broadcast Entertainment & Fantasia will offer you an exchange voucher or refund provided that:


  • You return the item within 14 days of purchase;
  • You produce your original Broadcast Entertainment & Fantasia register receipt at the timeyou return the item
  • The item is in resaleable condition including that:
    • It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
    • It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition;
    • Any sew-in labels are still attached; and
    • In the case of computer games, CDs and DVDs the original security seal or shrink wrap is intact and that:


If these requirements are not satisfied Broadcast Entertainment & Fantasia reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund for change of mind returns.


Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us the order number & the product condition within 14 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

If we authorize a return, we will provide you with an Authorization number and instructions for sending the damaged or defective items to us.

These damaged / defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped.

After we received the product, we will examine and test the defective item(s).

If we find the defect described in your message, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s) via regular Air Mail ONLY. Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to you.

Compensation for the shipping costs will be provided by the issue of either a coupon or a Broadcast Entertainment & Fantasia credit to your account and will ONLY be offered if the package is returned by Regular Air Mail.

No compensation for shipping costs will be provided for other methods of shipment such as registered Air Mail, Courier services, Express Mail or Next Day Air services.

If the package was returned by a shipment method other than regular Air Mail, Broadcast Entertainment & Fantasia reserves the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund provided based on the cost of a regular Air Mail shipment. Please note that for all returned products, we will verify the condition before sending out a replacement or authorizing a refund.

Reports of defective products on a replacement shipment will not be entertained.

It generally takes about 2-3 weeks to process a return.

We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier and we are not responsible for lost returns.
